Animal lovers, Lynda and John Race established the cattery in 1996. It was purpose built to meet the current regulations laid down by The Animal Boarding Establishment Act.

Lynda has previously lectured in Animal Husbandry and has written a book on animals and animal care. She is also a championship show judge.

“We started the cattery just looking after one cat and as our reputation grew, so did our clientele. We’re now licenced for 57 cats, including 6 holding pens”.

Then in 1998, Claire Gray joined the team and she now supervises the day to day running of the cattery.

“Our priorities for warmth, cleanliness, tasty food and lots of tender loving care will ensure that your holiday is enjoyable with the knowledge that your cat is in safe hands”.
